fly-brain-poker
FlyWire mushroom-body LIF sat at Texas Hold’em. Innate wiring can discriminate hands; outcome-driven dopamine did not teach cards. Honest negative result.
Synapses change under a modeled rule grounded in fly biology — for example dopamine-gated change on Kenyon-cell → MBON synapses in the mushroom body. Learning begins here.
Dispute this rating →The evidence
No evidence, no level.Kenyon-cell→MBON synapses in the connectome weight matrix are depressed where the Kenyon cell was active and a dopaminergic neuron fired onto the same compartment, following Hige et al. 2015, Cohn et al. 2015 and Aso & Rubin 2016.

L2 for a depression rule applied to real KC→MBON synapses, with the fly literature cited for the rule itself. The project then reports that the rule did not teach it poker — plasticity moved the weights but the reward signal contributed nothing. That is a negative result, not a demerit: the scale measures what is simulated, not what succeeded.
